Return/Exchange Policy


We made a mistake and shipped the wrong item? Please let us know immediately and we will gladly arrange pick up and exchange for the right product . Any additional shipping fees are on us. 

You ordered the wrong item? That happens. Let us know within 2 days of receipt of product and we will gladly arrange with you an exchange for the right product. Should you request a refund, your product must be in it's original packaging, unused, unopened, and accompanied by an original receipt in order to accommodate a refund. Items are to be returned via insured shipping at the customers expense. Original purchase shipping fees will not be refunded.  Once the package is received we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days for product only. 

Defective item? We will exchange product for product unless the manufacturers' policy states otherwise. Please contact us for guidance and assistance.

Damaged in shipping? We must be notified immediately (upon receipt) if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please retain the original shipping box. Contact us to process and  pick up your damaged item.
